What You Can Expect When You Contact RowanWood Writing:

A free initial consultation (email or Zoom: your preference) that includes: 
 
  • A conversation in which we learn about your business and your project, including its purpose and scope, desired outcomes, and the audience (prospect/persona) for whom it is intended. 
  • A follow-up call or email should we need more information to complete a proposal.
A clear, detailed project proposal, which includes: 
 
  • A description of the project, including its scope and agreed-upon deliverables. 
  • A list of any resources that we need from you to complete the project.
  • A timeline that includes start date, staged deliverables, opportunities for input, and final delivery. 
  • A set project fee quote (because we charge by the project, not by the hour) so that you know what your expenses will be without surprises.
  • A clear process for changing or adding to the project in terms of additional time and/or cost.
  • A list of additional service options that you may need or want, together with estimates of cost.
A clear, easy-to-understand contract agreement with “50% down, 50% upon completion” terms (unless otherwise negotiated).
